NORTHSTAR SUBSCRIPTION FORM
The Northstar is the Arts and Sciences publication for the Principality of Northshield. It is put out by the office of the Minister of Arts and Sciences. The subscription fee is $12 (U.S.) for four issues. You may mail your subscriptions to: Libbet Proudfit at 6601 2nd Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423. Single issues may be purchased for $3 (U.S.) an issue.
